When I first contacted The Site Coach Team I was a bit hesitant on having a new website.  I knew there was a lot involved because of my old website I designed through a hosting site.  When I described to them what I was after, their confidence put me at ease straight away and I was excided about getting a professional website to increase my sales.

I had a quick call to Luke about my overall concept and a description of what I would need for a beautiful, user-friendly site that incorporated a shopping cart.  They took care of the rest.  A few months later I had an amazing website!  The layout was eye catching, classic and easy to navigate.  The Site Coach Team created a spot where my customers could sign up for newsletters/specials and best of all my facebook page was connected to the site with a box that showed all my fans.

I would describe myself as a picky perfectionist.  I also always use to say, if you want it done right… do it yourself!  I am now eating those words… I could have never been able to do this myself.  The knowledge that The Site Coach team has was worth every penny.  They research key words that describe your website so when anything is put into google the describes of your site is flagged and becomes listed at the top of google! I have come to learn this is very valuable with creating new customers!

I also wanted to learn how to update my website and shopping cart, without having to have them do it for me all the time.  Luke took out so much time to coach me through updating pictures, prices, new store locations and much much more!
