I am very sorry that I have not written you sooner to thank you for the great job you did working with me on my new site.  I must say that at first it was a bit intimidating for me because I have resisted some of the processes that I consider more "techie" even though in reality they are probably very basic.  During our process you were always so patient and so prompt with your work and time that you really made the process painless.

When it was time for you to "turn it over to me" again -your gentle work approach was fantastic.  I still feel that I can call on you if I need to and I know that you are there to guide me as you have done.  I love what we accomplished - even though  it does require more of my time and attention, but I am learning and it becomes easier.
