Our monthly package that supports WordPress & Marketing Ninja sites. Please Read Carefully to select the correct package before you sign up.
Dedicated website support on a retainer, so we’re there when you need us.
A retainer gives you prime access to a wide range of professional services at a discounted rate.
As a retainer client, your projects will receive first priority in scheduling.
Any extra monthly hours are billed at the same hourly rate as your retainer.
We will ask for your approval before working any additional hours.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Website retainers – the minimum package monthly is 8 hours (which is 1 FULL day of work dedicated to your business)
- All our prices are in AUD and customers in Australia will be charged GST at checkout.
- Retainer clients have access to large discounts.
- Our normal hourly rate is $120 AUD +GST
INCLUDED: Website Updates & Maintenance: ONLY for customers who have WordPress or Marketing Ninja websites.
- Content and graphic changes, product updates, platform or plugin updates and general web maintenance.
- Website Development: eg: Front-end and back-end website tasks.
- Graphic Design: eg: Promotional images, web banners, social media post design
- Digital Materials: eg: Social media graphics, blog banners, eBook covers, Gift Cards, etc
NOT INCLUDED:
- Full Website or Landinge Page Design: If you need a new website or page designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee at $120/ph
- New Logo Design: If you need a new business, product, or logo designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
- Expenses: Services do not include additional costs like stock photography purchases, web hosting purchases and printing.
We will add your content, update content, change images and make small admin adjustments.

- Captions for posts
- Posting blogs
- Social Media Support (if already on a monthly social media management plan)
Website Development work is not included in this retainer package.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
Website design or re-design
Adding landing or single pages, online store, blog, scheduling, membership area or any other service with its own set price (see website packages page)
Website functionality or edits to code.
Fixing issues caused by third-party integrations not fixed by me.

Please be sure that you are selecting the correct package. If you only need basic assistance with content and image changes this package is for you. If you require website design changes, website design, or funcionality changes this package does not include that. Please select the Website Retainer instead.
We will need your website URL. We’ll also need access to your CloudFlare account if we are changing any urls or domains around or redirecting.
Yes, you sure do! As a retainer client you are the ulimate VIP! This means you get access to an exclusive hourly rate which is cheaper than hiring us for the day. Our normal hourly rate is $120/ph
